We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

- Bedroom 3: Queen bed with closet and nightstand with lamps.
There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing a total of eight people plus an infant — a rare commodity in the center of Traverse City!

The townhome includes 2 and half bathrooms, so everyone has space to get ready. The primary ensuite offers dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. The guest bath includes a shower/tub combo, and there’s a half bath conveniently located on the main floor. All bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and quality essentials.

The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a blender, toaster, and a coffee/tea station with complimentary supplies. Families will appreciate the children’s bowls, cups, utensils, and high chair. The kitchen island provides seating for two and doubles as a perfect prep or cocktail station, while the dining table comfortably seats six.

There is one designated outdoor parking spot labeled “962 Harbor".
If you have more than one vehicle, street parking may be available on Walnut St.—be sure to follow all posted signage and avoid areas marked with “No Parking.” Please note that overnight street parking is restricted by city ordinance during certain months.
You may also consider using the Hardy Parking Structure Garage (303 E State St, Traverse City) or Old Town Parking Structure (125 E Eighth St, Traverse City)

Great place to stay!! Wish there was more of a full size pull out couch on the living room but everything else was amazing! Close to a lot of activities!
We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and walkable to many restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We thought the beds were a little hard but this would not stop us from recommending this house to anyone! Such a beautiful area!
Great townhouse! Fantastic location close to downtown and the water! Host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, will recommend to anybody be staying in the area! I will absolutely book here again! Great, cute, and cozy gem!
