Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to “Japandi”, a modern 3BR townhome in the heart of Traverse City. With a spacious open kitchen and comfortable living areas, it’s perfect for groups looking to stay near wineries, breweries, restaurants, and all the excitement of TC.

Please note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

This townhome features two downstairs bedrooms and one loft bedroom upstairs:

Master Bedroom: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom. Pack & Play crib, and high chair in the closet If you’re traveling with a young one!
Second Bedroom: Queen bed.
Loft Bedroom: Queen bed plus a full futon sofa (upstairs).

Accommodates up to 6 adults + 1 infant comfortably—rare commodity for a central Traverse City location!

Garage: Best for small-size vehicles. If you’re bringing a large vehicle, we recommend using one of the following parking options below!

1- You may park directly in front of the garage, but please ensure not to block other vehicles or access points.
2- Street parking on Barlow (summer months only)

ATTENTION: Missing garage door opener will result in a $200 replacement fee.

☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆
We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.

If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

Please Note: For security and liability reasons, our address cannot be used for mail or package deliveries. Please utilize local Amazon lockers or postal services for your delivery needs.

Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.
