Please note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

This townhome features two downstairs bedrooms and one loft bedroom upstairs:

Master Bedroom: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom. Pack & Play crib, and high chair in the closet If you’re traveling with a young one!
Second Bedroom: Queen bed.
Loft Bedroom: Queen bed plus a full futon sofa (upstairs).

Accommodates up to 6 adults + 1 infant comfortably—rare commodity for a central Traverse City location!

Two full bathrooms with quality amenities make it easy for everyone to get ready without hassle.

Everything you need for meals at home, whether quick breakfasts or full family dinners, are stocked!

The fully stocked kitchen includes:

- Instant Pot, Crock Pot, and blender
- Coffee station with coffee & tea
- Kids’ bowls, utensils, and a high chair

The cozy living area offers plush seating and a smart TV with all major streaming apps (log in with your accounts). A selection of board games, toys, and books is available for family fun.

Through the sliding doors, step onto the patio—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation in the fresh air.

Garage: Best for small-size vehicles. If you’re bringing a large vehicle, we recommend using one of the following parking options below!

1- You may park directly in front of the garage, but please ensure not to block other vehicles or access points. 
2- Street parking on Barlow (summer months only)

ATTENTION: Missing garage door opener will result in a $200 replacement fee.

We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.

If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
