After exploring, return to 3 cozy bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living room designed for families and groups. We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ All 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor: - Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom, roll-out bed, plus Pack & Play, toys, and games for families. - Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ceiling fan, closet. - Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed, closet, nightstand with lamp, portable fan. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing a total of eight people plus an infant - a rare commodity in the center of Traverse City! ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The townhouse has 2 fully equipped bathrooms and a half bathroom, so there’s no need to jockey for space when you’re getting ready in the morning! ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with: - Stainless steel appliances - Instant Pot, blender, toaster - Coffee station with coffee & tea - Kids’ bowls, utensils, and a high chair - Dine together at the island bar (seating for 2) or dining table (seating for 6).
