Featuring calming sage tones, warm natural textures, and cozy modern finishes, this inviting ground-floor studio offers a peaceful place to relax after exploring Traverse City. Designed for up to 2 guests and 1 infant, the space combines comfort, style, and convenience just minutes from Northern Michigan’s best attractions.

This studio can be reserved together with the townhouse upstairs to host a total of 10 people!

We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. 

Please Note:
Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting. 

This is a ground-floor unit, and neighboring units are located above and beside the studio, so some noise may occasionally be heard.

The open studio layout features a plush queen bed with crisp linens, a comfortable sofa, and soft earthy tones that create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Natural wood accents, cozy textures, and thoughtfully selected décor give the space a calm boutique-style feel.

A smart TV and inviting lounge area make it easy to unwind after a day exploring Traverse City. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the included Pack ‘n Play and high chair for added convenience.

The modern bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower with beautiful sage tile work, gold fixtures, and spa-inspired finishes. Soft towels and essential toiletries are provided to help you settle in comfortably.

A washer/dryer combo is also included in the unit, along with complimentary laundry supplies for guest use.

The stylish kitchenette is fully equipped for preparing simple meals and snacks during your stay. Featuring sage cabinetry, butcher block countertops, modern appliances, and warm brass accents, the kitchen blends functionality with a cozy elevated design. Garage: Best for medium-size vehicles or smaller. If you’re bringing a large vehicle, we recommend using one of the following nearby parking options below!

Street parking may be available on Walnut St.—be sure to follow all posted signage and avoid areas marked with “No Parking.” Please note that overnight street parking is restricted by city ordinance during certain months. 

You may also consider using the Hardy Parking Structure Garage (303 E State St, Traverse City) or Old Town Parking Structure (125 E Eighth St, Traverse City)

ATTENTION: Missing garage door opener will result in a $200 replacement fee.

We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.

If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

However, there were a few frustrations during our stay. The coffee setup was confusing—there was a coffee pot with no pods, and coffee grounds were provided without filters or the proper equipment to use them. Parking was also a significant issue. There were multiple vehicles parked in front of the building for a single suite, making parking difficult. I would only recommend this location if you drive a smaller vehicle. My biggest complaint was the communication. From the time I booked until I finally stated I wasn’t interested in extending my stay, I received frequent messages—sometimes multiple times a day—encouraging me to book additional nights and spend more money. What felt like customer service quickly became excessive and made the experience less enjoyable. The property itself is lovely, but the parking situation and persistent upselling" (6/5)
