Please Note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed.

Unwind after a day of adventure in the king bedroom, complete with high-quality linens, a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, closet storage, and a sound machine. Families will also appreciate the Pack & Play and high chair provided.

Although there is only one bedroom, the condo can comfortably fit up to five guests thanks to the new queen size sleeper sofa located in the living room and a twin rollaway bed.

Guests have access to an open parking lot at the building. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch.

☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆
This condo is located on the 1st floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the second floor, please reach out—we manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit.

We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.

If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

The pull-out couch and rugs are worn and dated, with tears underneath. The sliding door seal is falling apart, making it hard to close and lock, and we noticed this the day we arrived. The bed creaked loudly with every move, costing us sleep for three nights. We told the host about both issues on arrival, but nothing was fixed during our stay, just a note that both would be checked after we left. The only vacuum provided leaked sand right back out. We also found trash in the bushes, including what appeared to be a urine bottle. The host said grounds are handled by building mgt, but it's still worth flagging at this price point since it affects the overall impression of the property. Not to mention neighbors kept coming onto our deck mistakenly. The location is special and the host was responsive, but we were a little disappointed if we're honest. Hard to relax." (6/5)
