If you’re not up for braving the waters of Lake Michigan, the condo also offers an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, available ONLY from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Guests have access to an open parking lot at the building. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch.

☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆
This condo is located on the 3rd floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the first or second floor, please reach out! We manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit.

We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.

If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

The lakefront is beautiful, and while the pool and hot tub looked inviting, the weather didn’t quite cooperate this time. You turn to see a very stylish and feng shui lit bedroom (aside from giving you a glowing review I would LOVE to know what kind of bed that is!) perfect for a getaway with the wife, the kitchen is fully stocked (cooked for years so it really is) the bathroom! And the jets! I melted and slept like a baby! They do have tv in the bedroom and living room, I do believe it has all the channels, it had everything my family watches, it does have several spots if you’re not into that, and the deck is drawn back a bit for privacy! 5 stars all day."
