Hosted by Coastal Stay, welcome to Hamilton Place! This brand-new two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit in the Dunecrest Building offers a calm and stylish home base near the best of Traverse City. Pale wood finishes, soft neutral tones, stone-inspired details, and clean modern accents create a comfortable and sophisticated retreat for families, couples, or friends.

Please Note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 11 pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor and comfortably accommodate up to four guests:

🛏️ Bedroom 1: King bed
🛏️ Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Each bedroom includes a Smart TV and an individual HVAC mini-split, allowing guests to personalize the temperature in their room. Fresh linens and a Pack ’n Play for families traveling with an infant are also provided.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
The unit includes two full bathrooms:

🚿 First Floor: One full bathroom with a walk-in shower
🚿 Second Floor: One full bathroom with a walk-in shower

Both bathrooms feature modern walk-in showers with glass enclosures. Towels and essential toiletries are provided for your stay.

☆☆ KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING ROOM ☆☆
The open-concept first floor combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room in one bright and comfortable gathering space. Relax on the sectional sofa and enjoy the Smart TV, or gather around the spacious kitchen counter for meals and conversation.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils. A high chair is also available for younger guests.

The unit also includes a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, mini-split climate control, and its own ground-floor entrance.

☆☆ SHARED OUTDOOR SPACES ☆☆
Hamilton Place guests share access to the backyard and year-round pavilion. The outdoor area features two fireplaces, seating for up to 24 guests, and two gas grills. A shared bike rack is also available near the parking lot.

Please note: The Dunecrest Building contains five identical units, and Hamilton Place includes four buildings in total. As this is a shared complex, occasional noise from neighboring units and common outdoor areas may be heard during your stay.

☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
One designated parking space is provided in the private lot. Please park only in your assigned space to avoid the risk of towing.

☆☆ SECURITY ☆☆
Exterior security cameras monitor designated outdoor areas of the complex for safety and security. There are no cameras inside any of the units.

Please Note: For security and liability reasons, our address cannot be used for mail or package deliveries. Please utilize local Amazon lockers or postal services for your delivery needs.

Hamilton Place features 15 two-bedroom units across four buildings:

• Lakestone Building – 3 units
• Bayside Building – 4 units
• Dunecrest Building – 5 units

Depending on availability, groups can reserve multiple units within one building, combine two or more buildings, or book the entire Hamilton Place complex. Reserving all 15 units accommodates up to 60 guests—perfect for reunions, wedding groups, retreats, and other special gatherings! Contact us for assistance planning your group stay.

☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆
We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.

If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

• Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.

• Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

• Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.
